HR Manager
Summary:
The HR Manager at 380 Realty Solutions LLP will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within the Marketing department. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive HR initiatives that align with the company's goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR management within a marketing department
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
