Job Title: HR Manager
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Finance department at our Hyderabad headquarters. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in human resources management, with a strong background in the finance industry. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions within the department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns
- Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employee productivity and engagement
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations
- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the finance industry
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
