Job Title: HR Manager - Hike Edu
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Hike Edu in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the Marketing department and will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary actions
- Develop and implement training and development programs for employees
- Manage performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to employees
- Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations
- Handle employee benefits administration and payroll processing
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Collaborate with department managers to address HR-related issues and provide guidance on best practices
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to HR
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the Marketing department
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
