Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients

- Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to the sales manager

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
