Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our HR department and ensure the smooth running of all HR operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR management and a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing a team of HR professionals and implementing HR strategies to support the overall goals of the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
- Oversee employee relations and performance management
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
- Conduct training and development programs for employees
- Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Provide HR support to senior management and department heads
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR software
- SHRM certification is a plus
