Job Title: HR Manager
Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee the HR operations at our Hyderabad headquarters. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in HR management and a strong understanding of HR best practices. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining employee records and handling payroll and benefits administration
- Provide HR support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
