Job Title: Operations Manager
Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at our Hyderabad headquarters. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in operations management and a proven track record of success in leading and managing a team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities within the organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, quality control, and logistics
- Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability

Qualifications:
